Onion Tomato Sabji (Bhaaji)

This is a typical Maharashtrian Bhaaji (Vegetable) which you can have with Chapati (Phulka), Bread or with Rice if you want. It is very easy to prepare and sometimes when you don’t have any other vegetables in the fridge just go for it. This is a traditional and authentic recipe in maharashtrians. People make them on Ganesha’s first day (Ganesh Chaturthi) as prasad. The ritual is that atleast 11 or 21 modaks should be kept in front of Ganapati Bappa. Almost all maharashtrians love them and make them on this day. I hope you will love my recipe and try it.

  • Dagad Phool (Black Stone Flower) – 25 gm
