Ingredients
- Coriander Leaves (Kothimbeer) – 1 bowl (fine chopped)
- Mint Leaves (Pudina) – ½ bowl (fine chopped)
- Green Chilly – 10 (cut into pieces)
- Gathi (find it in any farsan mart) – ¼th bowl (optional)
- Lemon juice – 1 tspn
- Salt to taste

Procedure
- Grind Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, gathi (gaathi) and salt together in a mixer-grinder.
- Add lemon juice and make a fine paste (use water if necessary).
You can use this chutney as a dip for waffers, kothimbeer wadi, french fries, sandwich, etc.
