Pudina Chutney


  1. Coriander Leaves (Kothimbeer) – 1 bowl (fine chopped)
  2. Mint Leaves (Pudina) – ½ bowl (fine chopped)
  3. Green Chilly – 10  (cut into pieces)
  4. Gathi (find it in any farsan mart) – ¼th bowl (optional)
  5. Lemon juice – 1 tspn
  6. Salt to taste

  1. Grind Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, gathi (gaathi) and salt together in a mixer-grinder.
  2. Add lemon juice and make a fine paste (use water if necessary).

You can use this chutney as a dip for waffers, kothimbeer wadi, french fries, sandwich, etc.
